Evolution of My Health Protocols

“Zero Limits”: “As with everything in the ancient Hawaiian tradition, it all begins in the thought, and the great healer is love.”

As early as the 90s when I got sick I knew I had to do something about my thoughts- mostly fearful. One of the first authors who influenced me was Carolyn Myss. Her “Why Don’t People Heal and How They Can” captivated me.

Before I had my mild stroke in 2012 I was already learning from: Gill Edwards, Wayne Dyer, Dr Christine Page, Michael Tamura, Joe Vitale etc.

After my stroke, especially through my recovery, I feasted on the wisdom of Dr Page, Rabbi Balfour, Esther Hicks, Wayne Dyer etc.

After my hip surgery in 2016 it was primarily Dr Page, Dr Lipton, Dr Sarno, Joe Vitale (again) and Serge Kahili King’s “Urban Shaman”

Facebook posts and videos have been a great help.

For about a year now, I have chosen the most helpful from my favorite authors and crafted my own personal health protocols to emerge as my best doctor.

“There’s nothing out there. It’s all inside yourself.” This quotation from “Zero Limits” is the best reason why I believe I am my own best doctor.

I have always been considered a marginal case by my many doctors. I don’t think the medical researches used by my doctors included me in their sampling. Dr Page has a similar idea. Besides nobody has the patience to monitor my thoughts, my sensitivities, my energy levels throughout the day.

I have been keeping a diary of my daily diet, my maintenance medicines, alternative medical practices etc. I used to rely a lot on my WAKI acupuncture pen to replace massages by the blind. To date I still consider the Magnesium spray of Dr. Netario Cruz as a daily part of my health care.

I do a lot of Internet researches which have to be taken with a grain of salt because too often like BIG PHARMA many researches push a product: a pill, capsule, food, or a book.

I have crafted my own exercises instead of going to the free gym of our building. I don’t believe in workouts with health counselors; they usually do not respect my personal pace nor space!

ESM acupuncture for the emotions has been helping me with he programs/thoughts that hinder my healing.

Following my Pathway

Margaret Wheatly: “We’re old enough to know that life will keep interrupting our plans and surprise us at every turn of the way. It helps to notice this wisdom that we’ve been forced to acquire. Surprise is less traumatic once we accept it as a fact of life.”

At this stage of my life, I find the above rather cynical. I believe that I made a contract with God before I entered into this life. I believe I received everything needed to explore what it is to be made to the image and likeness of God.

Perhaps Wheatly was referring to humans relying only on their five senses. I prefer what Gary Zukov wrote about multisensory humans

Or what Martha Beck wrote about attachment: “As you drop your mental stories and watch your own feelings, you’ll notice that the gripping desperation of attachment is something you can release.”

For me the best comes from “Zero Limits”: “Dr Han Lew’s work teaches us to let go and trust the divine while consistently cleaning all thoughts and experiences that surface in the way of hearing the divine. By this continuous work, we can clear the weeds of programs so we can better handle life with ease and grace.”

Indeed with Ho’oponopono my life recently has been lived with less struggle and more ease and grace. But I have had to be very patient. So hard to wait to be inspired by God; I would have preferred to react and fix things ASAP.

“Too many people, myself included, were visualizing and affirming in order to manipulate the world.” (Joe Vitale)

“I now know that isn’t necessary. You’re better off going with the flow while continually clearing whatever comes up.” (Joe Vitale)

Warehouse of Programs

Zero Limits: “There’s nothing out there. It’s all in you. Whatever you experience, you experience inside yourself.”

How scary! I am responsible for all the scandals that shock me. All the inefficiencies that get impatient with. All the lack that I see. All the threats to world peace. All that I complain about the church.

The solution: “All you can do is clean to clear out the warehouse of programs in your mind.”
(Joe Vitale, “Zero Limits”)

But the clearing business can be tedious. What’s the difference between repeating formula prayers which I dread and this clearing business?

For one, the clearing business is based on loving trust in the Divine unlike the formula prayers which too often spring from hopelessness and helplessness.

“Most people who pray don’t believe they will be heard or will be helped. Most people pray from a place of desperation which means they will attract more of what the are feeling: more desperation.”

Wayfinders Way

Martha Beck: “It’s the emotional quality of grasping, clutching and needing that bespeaks an underlying expectation of loss and deprivation and causes us to create nightmares in the world of form.”

“Desire without grasping is joyful and playful. Hunger makes food more satisfying; its forcing ourselves to deny our hunger that will eventually make us ravenous and insatiable.”

“As you drop your mental stories and watch your feelings, you’ll notice that the gripping desperation of attachment is something you can release.”

“As you gain skill, you’ll be able to want things very intensely, or abhor atrocities, or feel extreme signals to get the hell out of danger, without being graspingly attached to any of those emotions.”

Lately, I have had to use Ho’oponopono intensely plus Shamanism and tapping exercises to deal with irritating noise from the residents of the unit above ours – usually after midnight.

As in the video about an eagle fighting with a snake, I have had to go deep inside me. Solutions will have to come from me: not from the residents upstairs (as if they care at all!), not from the condo management, not from the security guards.

As Michael Tamura said: “You are the answer”.
Somebody using the Tapping exercises wrote: change will come from herself.

Wanted! A New Genesis

Martha Beck: “All of us have been taught to make things happen in the physical world. We know what it takes; setting goals, rolling up our sleeves, putting pleasure aside and working, working, working, working, working.”

“Then it helps if we work harder.”
“Often we need others to help us work, so we must work to find them and work to motivate them, with physical rewards (food, money, companionship, approval) and/or physical punishment (pink slips, prison, breakups, criticism)”

“All of this is hard. It demands much time and effort from the body and the CALCULATING MIND.”

HILARIOUS! But sadly this is the physical reality even today – 2017.

“Genesis: In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground, for out of it wast thou taken; for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.”
Martha Beck: “Well, yes, but We now live in a world where a great deal of value s created with pure information rather than physical matter.”

I don’t believe God condemned man!!!!!
Martha Beck’s new Genesis is called FORMING.
“Forming, which uses mainly INFORMATION and ENERGY, allows us to do things that look miraculously powerful without much effort.”

Martha Beck’s “forming” is more doable for me that Hicks attraction formula and manifestation by other popular authors.

In several previous essays, I have declared that my belief is that I freely chose to come into this life; I wasn’t banished. I wasn’t condemned to a valley of tears where I would eat by the sweat of my brow.

I believe I came into this life to explore what it means to be made to the image and likeness of God. My God is not a vindictive ogre. My god gifted me with everything I need to live out my adventure. All I need to do is to stay connected to SOURCE.

Shamanism, Ho’oponopono, Dr Page, Neale Walsh, etc help me stay connected.
Music calms me when my thoughts and compulsions prevent me from listening to Gods voice inside me.

I take care of my health because my 12 senses (Rudolf Steiner) can’t function properly in a sick body. I can still hear God’s voice even if I still walk with a cane!
