According to George Sison: “Why are there so many things you don’t like in your life right now? They are there because you did not state your preferences previously. The Bible clearly states : ‘Ask and you shall receive’, Which can be rephrased as :’I want your preferences. Your list, please’.
But in our family of three, I realize that my preferences are different from those of my husband and those of our daughter. My preferences are similar to my husband’s but not with our daughter’s.
Perhaps this explains why lately we have been agonizing about a specific issue. Our daughter and I have become emotional over our differences but I thank God we are still communicating.
Then I have been inspired to go the Ho’oponopono way. When I pray I surrender my preferences to Divinity who knows, who sees the bigger picture. I trust the comprehensive Ho’oponopono prayer will take our differences and oen our hearts to accept the greater good.
