Carol Adrienne: “By paying more attention to ourseles and our situation, we begin to empower ourselves. Paying attention allows solutions to become apparent or possible.”
“Another way to pay attention is to make the decsio to notice what catches our attention during the day.”
“Where shall I be focusing my attention these days?”
This led me to introspection (Not rumination). This made me question what has been causing my many dis-eases since the 90s through my ailments and recoveries. Have I truly learned? Have I found what I have been searching.
I have been helped by Dr Lipton, Dr Page, Louis Hay, Wayne Dyer, Rabbi Darfour, Mike Dooley and Of course by Neale Walsch.
I realized that all along I have been searching for permission to be my real self. I was so steep in conformism to be acknowledged at home, in school, in church, at work. Even when I retired from work and even as I seriously did CONSCIOUSNESS work I was still searching!
Finally in bed, (after 8am being awake as early as 4AM) I hit a truth.
My truth, I realize that my interpretation of ‘made to the image and likeness of God’ is that i simply live who-I am-meant -to-be. Then as long as I can peacefully live with myself I can live with anybody and with anything. I can allow anybody and everybody to follow his pathway.
Practical guidelines for me come from the Ho’oponopono from Vitale’s “Zero Limits and from “Urban Shaman” by Serge Kahile King.
I am aware that because of intentional reversals my body will have to undergo some adjustments if not difficulties.
