For almost a week, I was indisposed. Blame it on “overload” or indigestion. Blame it on poor resistance to infection. To me, the physical reasons are no as important as the psychospirituality or the metaphysical explanations

Dr Christine Page talks about: “the ability to sift through the myriad of thoughts which flow, often unconsciously, through our mind, and retain those which can realistically bear fruit, whilst destroying the rest”.

In my case this was what happened: “the individual’s mind becomes so overwhelmed with all manner of thoughts with little discrimination”.
“…the stomach… will often show signs of ‘overload’  (indigestion).

Dr Christine Page wrote about anxiety and an imbalance of the immune system as well as inflammatory bowel ailments.
She continued: “from a psychological point of view, these individuals are sensitive with a highly developed intuitive and creative side to their nature (even though this may not have been given the space to be expressed)

I realized how much has been left unexpressed after a very stimulating lunch discussion with my husband, Tato Malay, Noel Hornilla and Marito Platon last September 21.

Relatedly George Sison wrote in a book given by Tato Malay:
“Our orientation is to stress what we don’t like…. the Bible says it succinctly:resist not evil. What you resist stays in your mind, and that is what you will get”.

“Everything in your life is what you have asked for, though not consciously. Figuratively speaking, you subconsciously chose to write the story of your life based on the lessons you have to learn in this lifetime. ”

The above together with what I have learned from Joe Vitale’s “Zero Limits” have shown me the responsibility I have for my own life. I needed the dis-ease to stop and go inside myself to rediscover my God in me.
