Introversion/ MOOD Intelligence

I have to credit our daughter for how i have dealt with my issues as an Introvert. Julie is a

TRANSFORMED Introvert- transformed by necessity in her job as GLOBAL HR.
In her personal life as well, she can’t afford to be an INTROVERT with a husband and 2 growing sons, in the present age in london!

Of course my primary model is Dr Emil who is a MAN OF FAITH (La Salle model) and an EXTROVERT to say the least.

My hard-earned insights from Neale Walsch, Dr Lipton, Louise Hay, Wayne Dyer, Tato Malay etc , my husband has already processed as though he was spoken to by the Holy Spirit.
I have to read Neale Walsch several times and savor the ideas before i can INTEGRATE them into my life.

One evening, I suddenly realized how I an be kind to myself. I don’t have to be saying THANKSGIVING prayers every single moment of my life, to prevent negative thoughts from pestering me!

I should be able to RELAX and let any thought float in my mind. as soon as I have a negative thought I can calmly dispel it. If it persists, that is the time to do my THANKSGIVING prayers. This has been inspired by the MOOD Intelligence concept of tato Malay.

Years back I did Ho’oponopono but I think I feel better with THANKSGIVING prayers as inspired by Louise Hay and Wayne Dyer.
