Social Conditioning

Perceptual Changes

Spiritual Alchemy says: “It is obvious that if we want to change our biology and state of well-being we need to change our perception. There are many therapeutic methods available today that focus on this, most of which appreciate that, by addressing the physiology or instinctual behavior, the fear which underlies the disharmonic perception becomes transformed into positive light energy.”

“As unification spreads upon this planet, we are also seeing the coming together of the four great tenets of society: religion, science, philosophy and the arts. This is reflected in the work of the brilliant cellular biologist Bruce Lipton.”

I would like to believe this even if the conditions in my country do not seem to confirm the above. I would like to go to a higher level of consciousness and see the above truth. I draw inspiration from the videos on Hawaiian spirituality that views the present chaos as part of the necessary evolution. These videos can be accessed on my website.

Bruce Lipton states that: “It takes only three days for the DNA to produce a response to any new messenger’ (hormone, virus, antigen etc) which comes knocking at the door of the cell membrane. This goes against the belief that our body is unable to deal with present day environmental issues or new viruses. From this we can conclude that the gene pool or our DNA is not static with its message set in stone but is more akin to that ocean of unlimited possibilities into which we cast our fishing line of intention with its bait of perception attached, producing a new scenario fashioned in less than three days.”

My hopeful interpretation of the messages of both Dr. Christine Page and Bruce Lipton is that instead of being swallowed in the present day problems we should work on our consciousness, our thoughts should be enlightened by possibilities instead of being stuck in the present negative thoughts of the collective consciousness. One can go to Neale Walsch, Esther Hicks, Carolyn Myss, Martha Beck, Gill Edwards etc for help

Educated/Responsible Healthcare

Vitale’s “Zero Limits” emphasizes our responsibility for our own lives. We can’t blame anybody nor anything. Donna Eden’s “Energy Medicine” says something similar: “Healing is an inside job”. She continues: “Ultimately it is you who is responsible for your health and the more you know and the more you do for yourself, the better your health will be.”

Donna Eden warns against “Iatrogenic illnesses- disorders induced by medical treatment are among the most serious problems in medical care today” This is not to be interpreted as an advice to stay away from good professional medical care. Rather it is a reminder to choose intelligently one’s medical practitioner.

The context in self care is thus: “When you were growing up, your culture affirmed your intellect while negating the primal knowing of your body. We have all been instinct-wounded. Becoming civilized is, to a large extent, kearning noto do what your body wants you to do. Still your body carries an intelligence that exceeds the understanding of your intellect.”

Relatedly Dr Christine Page says: “During this time of the Great Shift there will be increasing distortion of the hologram as individuals reconnect to their own divine consciousness and choose not to follow a collective truth unless it resonates with their soul.”

Aunty Mahealani , a spiritual teacher of Hawaii, speaks so spontaneously about the Great Shift in an interview recorded in one of the Ho’oponopono videos filed last January on my website.

I have been emboldened to take personal responsibility for my healthcare through the words of Dr Page; “It’s just that we have different experiences and perceptions and hence what for them is undesirable I record as a maybe”. Needless to say I still am under the care of a medical practitioner.

Cognitive Structure

One reason words are so powerful is that they draw on more than one element. While thoughts of the mind are air and desires of the heart are water, our words can be compared to the condensation that occurs when the elements of air and water interact with each other; words are a product of both intellect and feeling, air and water. What’s more, they come together as an act of the will which introduces the fire element as well. We’ll also see that each word calls on one or more of all four elements, including earth. This chemical, scientific analysis comes from “Life Magic” by Laura Bushnell.

I would like to think of the above together with statements from my other favorite books like: “You Are What You Say”, “Finding Your Way in a Wild New World”, “Stepping into the Magic”, “Energy Prescription”, and even with the words of Aunty Mahealani in an interview included in one of the many Ho’oponopono videos that can be accessed via my website filed under the essays for Health.

Laura Bushnell adds: One way to understand the way your words take effect is to think of the way a picture taken with a Polaroid camera gradually emerges over time. The more often you repeat your words, the more results those words will create.

I suppose this can explain the power of the rosary. Personally, however, at this point in my life I’d prefer to keep repeating the Ho’oponopono prayer which does not have a load of stressful memories for me from my childhood and even my adult years. My mother and even Emil, both  believe in the power of the rosary and definitely it has worked for my mom and still does for Emil. I also believe in the power of the rosary but by choice I prefer the Ho’oponopno now, while I am still working on a change of consciousness.

My belief is at his/her level of spirituality, and given the amount and quality of information available one does his/her best.

To further explain my preference fr the Ho’oponopono at this point in my life: researchers are also discovering that the power of such disciplines also depends upon the Cognitive structure, or belief system upon which they are practiced.

“The Energy Prescription” continues: Our beliefs are important because, at the most basic level, they affect how we feel, act, and perceive our world and all the events on it. And our core beliefs, by skewing on perceptions and influencing our actions, often become self-fulfilling prophesies.

Singapore, Once Again

My comprehensive philosophy as inspired by Neale Walsch is: given his spiritual level, and given the amount and quality of information available to him, everybody does his best at any given moment. Thus inspired by Ho’oponopono I ask forgiveness from myself for blaming the external world for my illnesses and problems. I ask forgiveness from myself for not expanding my consciousness enough and as such caused problems to manifest. Inspired by Shamanism I want to re-story the story of Zachary today on the feast of St. John the Baptist.

(June 24)

I want to re-frame the story of Zachary who was rendered mute because of his disbelief of the angel’s announcement of a son to be born in his wife’s old age and his own. I want to re-frame his story and apply it to my own life. I want to be healed of my disbeliefs that may have caused my mild stroke in 2012. More specifically I want to be able to walk normally again.

I want to re-frame my story, one of complete belief and trust in the wonders of the magnesium spray created by Mary Jean Netario Cruz. after less than a month, I have observed great improvement in my walking, enough to dream  I can soon walk normally again without the use of a cane.

Let my belief allow the magnesium to penetrate my cells and activate the nerves and muscles associated with normal walking. Let my belief allow the magnesium to open up my blood vessels to normalize my circulatory system. Let my belief allow the magnesium to unclog my body parts so that they can receive the nutrients they need to function properly.

I believe that by September i can walk without a cane. But I will be prudent and bring a cane to Singapore and avail of a wheelchair to negotiate the long walk from the airplane to the lobby where our daughter from London will be waiting expectantly.
