Cognitive Therapy

When I finally walk without a cane by the end of 2015, it will be primarily due to cognitive therapy. But of course I have to thank the many authors whom I have been quoting in this website. They have reshaped my thoughts. I also want to thank my healer, Mary Jean Netario Cruz.
I am grateful to thinkers like my husband, also Tato Malay and George Sison. The protocols that have helped me are: the WAKI pen, Donna Eden’s energy exercises, life style of “Energy Prescriptions” etc.

Esther Hicks in “The Vortex” wrote: “When you make peace with those who differ in desire and belief and behavior from your ideas of what is appropriate, you do not perpetuate what you consider to be wrong.Indeed  you align with the solution side of  the equation that has been working for you in your vortex of creation. This partly explains the healing of my thoughts.

Hicks also wrote: “But if someone can help you to soften your resistance so that you can somehow be receptive to the love and well-being that’s being flowed…”

In my case it was Mary Jean Netario who first proclaimed I will be able to walk again without a cane.

Expansion

Hicks wrote: “Source continues to find higher and higher, purer and purer vibrations because of the contrast that you are sifting your way through.”
To understand Hicks I use Neale Walsch’s contextual field: “… the physical universe has been created as a contextual field within which choices become possible.”
“God has given all of God’s creatures this gift [absolute freedom] so that God could give itself the gift of totally experiencing the wonder and the glory of what it is.”
“While God exists as a singular reality, it is capable of manifesting in multiple forms. This multiplicity of forms should not be confused with a multiplicity of things. God is a single thing, revealing, demonstrating and displaying itself in endless variations.”

Clarity

Neal Walsch has a lot of important things to say: :In the moment that the MIND embraces the soul’s knowing, we will see with startling, stunning clarity that all that has happened – every.single.thing – has happened not always with our conscious collaborative agreement, but always at our mutual spiritual behest, in order that we might collectively create ans encounter conditions allowing us to announce and declare, express and fulfill, experience and become who we really are. It is in these moments that god is made flesh and dwells among us.”
As early as 1977, Bro James Ebner FSC. explained: “The approach of the missionary who goes not to benighted pagans but to people already in touch with the divine.”
Walsch continues to speak about our divinity: “In the moment that we accept that we are each of us, individuated expressions of the divine, we realize as well that nothing happens to us, and that everything must be happening through us.”
“We see that the whole of our experience on the earth is being created by the lot of us, in a collaborative process that serves the agenda of the whole through the expression and the experience of its individuated parts.”
I say: Each of us has free will. So this must explain why even as I create my own reality I get snags in my manifestations. Also my world relies a lot on the Internet and my cellphone which very often suffer glitches (Too often, lately). Hence the disruptions in my manifestations.
“We understand fully, as did Christ, why anything and everything has happened in our lives, out of our total comprehension of who we are, where we are, and why we are here on the earth, experiencing the realm of physicality.”
“We suddenly know the reason that others have entered our lives in particular ways – ways that we formerly might never have forgiven – because now we are no longer ‘looking through a glass darkly’ but observing with the eyes of the soul. We know, at last the soul’s logic and the heavenly purpose in co-creating all that has occurred, is occurring and ever will be occurring in our lives.”
It’s true, lately,I still don’t have a total comprehension of who I am really. I still have a lot of questions/doubts and I often have a hard time not dwelling on the.
At this point, I still don’t totally comprehend my soul’s logic!

Hicks wrote: “And when you feel good, your thought about it is in sync with the way Source thinks about it. And when you feel bad. you’re off the tract of what Source knows about it. And you also have to understand that you are the one who launched the desire to begin with. You are the one who told Source who-you-are and what you want. In other words, you are the creator of your own reality. Source is the one who holds the vibrational frequency of what you’re asking for.”
“It’s not possible for you to desire something that would be detrimental to anyone and feel good at the same time because if you set forth an intention like that, you would deviate from the vibration of Source and you would feel the emptiness of it.”
“Therefore I say: be careful because observing unwanted things causes you to choose the unwanted emotional disc.”
Instead better use this: “Staying in a state of appreciation would take care of everything because appreciation is the way the Source with you feels all the time, about everything. So it wold be constant, chronic, continual alignment.”

“You are powerful creators… You’re not facers of reality.” This is from “Co-creating at Its Best”.
“In the moment that the mind embraces the soul’s knowing, we will see with startling, stunning clarity that all that has happened – every, single, thing- has happened not always at our conscious collaborative agreement, but always at our mutual spiritual behest, in order that we might collectively create and encounter conditions allowing us to announce and declare, express and fulfill, experience and become who we really are.” This is from Neale Walsch
“You can create a perfectly healthy body filled with vigor and vitality. There is nothing impossible when you change your mind from fear to expectancy of the good.” This is from George Sison.
Marianne Williamson wrote: ” Our very cells respond to the thoughts we think – with every word, silent or spoken, we participate in the body’s functioning. We participate in the functioning of the universe itself. If our consciousness grows lighter then so does everything within and around us.”
“This means, of course, that with every thought you can start to re-create life.”
