Body Talk

According to Dr. Christine Page: “Body talk directly addresses the consciousness of the cells bypassing the logical left brain which wants to control and filter everything”
In my case, I have been using body talk to make the consciousness of my cells my ally in my full recovery so I can walk normally again. I believe I have much work to do because my logical brain remembers only too well what my attending physician said during my first check up after I was discharged from the hospital.

I don’t want to recall it – he said something about hypertension and my blood sugar issues to be with me for life along with my cane.

“Shaman Wisdom, Shaman Healing” says: if a physician gave statistics about (a disease) you tell the person to remember that those numbers apply only to populations, not individuals.” This is similar to Fr. Dari’s and Jean Netario Cruz’ sincere belief in my healing – that I can walk again without a cane.

I pin my hopes on Dr. Page’s statement: about the importance of:” listening to and honoring the body”s consciousness expressed through the various energetic entities and recognizing they are often closer to soul consciousness than our busy little minds.”

Likewise, I should be “Developing a healthy self-esteem without which we are unable to reach out and make such connections whether with ourselves, other people, the Nature Kingdom or with Divine Consciousness.”

The Ho’oponopono videos featuring interviews with spiritual leaders in Hawaii speak a lot about love as an antidote to fear. My books on shamanism stress self-confidence as well.
