Unpredictability: My Recent Reality

Last December 4, early in the morning i Thanked God I survived the day before without an elevated blood pressure reading. I just had too many challenges.

Ironically hours later, I had challenges AGAIN the worst of which was the disappearance of the MOZILLA FIREFOX icon from my laptop! Goodness! How would I last without the Internet? Even my meditations are guided by Facebook posts and sometimes personal messages from Dr Lipton and Dr Page.

Even Dr Emil could not bring the icon back. I texted 2 young friends. I asked help from the admin of Grand Towers. It was such a long wait for the engineer.

Funny! On second thought, not funny at all. When I opened my laptop once more the MOZILLA FIREFOX icon was back. Law of attraction? Shamanistic response? Of course I talked to my laptop whom I call EMERALD. Of course I used the Kimana stick recommended by “Urban Shaman”.

But I still need an explanation about why the challenges two days in a row.
“Instant Emotional Healing” offers :

“The world of quantum physics suggests yet another way of looking at the effects of thoughts on subtle energy fields. The rules of the world of things, the macroworld DO NOT ALWAYS APPLY at the Quantum level.”

“Energy fields are not composed of matter. They do not contain material in the ordinary sense, they contain INFORMATION. Yet these fields affect the material world.”

“The laws of quantum Physics say that when we observe a subatomic particle, once we see it we alter it. Its mass and density are changed by the act of observation and its next orbit location will be unpredictable.”

Sacred Light

“La’a Kea is a Hawaiian idiom meaning sacred light referring to the good things represented by daylight such as sunshine, knowledge, and happiness.”

To me daylight means buds in my potted garden, opening/blooming.
“It is also used (La’a Kea) in Shaman practise to mean an area charged with sunshine, knowledge, and happiness.”

“Drawing on the power within you, you use your own mind to imagine yourself surrounded by and filled with the lovelight. We call this : turning on the light.”

“Don’t let the emphasis on light bother you. You can imagine colors, sounds and feelings if you prefer.”

“A simple appreciation of something beautiful will do this, or go for a stronger emotion.”

I like shamanism. It offers CHOICES. I also like shamanism because of its reliance on the SELF

I like shamanism. It offers CHOICES. I also like shamanism because of its reliance on the SELF: power within you.

I prefer the La’a Kea over the popular white light because:
“…if you use the same light with a focus in what it is protecting you from, you will wear yourself out with making the light stronger and stronger and will start attracting that which you fear.”

La’a Kea
“Start each day by turning on that lovelight (La’a Kea) and extending it throughout your immediate environment. Speak to the lovelight. (Everything is alive, aware and responsive). Give it instructions, mentally or aloud:

HARMONIZE THIS PLACE.”

Resonance according to Shamanism

One of the meanings of RESONANCE according to “Urban Shaman” is:
“In human terms this means that the state of the mind and body determines what kind of energies will most influence it.”

I experienced this recently with Dr Page’s response to my question on Facebook on how to release negative thoughts. I readily did what she suggested and I have been helped.
But I used my own version of the process she suggested. I have been flushing down the toilet my negative thoughts, fears, anxieties etc. I enjoy the amusing protocol/process.

Another meaning of RESONANCE is “the reinforced vibration of a body exposed to the vibration at about same frequency of another body. Speaking in human terms, this means that your fear will tend to increase the fear of those around you and your confidence will tend to increase the confidence of those around you.”

My happy experience with the above meaning of RESONANCE happened in 2012 when I was in the ICU after a mild stroke. When my husband was finally allowed to visit me, I felt ALIVE! I brushed off the attending physician. I wanted only Emil.

Another example was in 2016. I must have resonated with the hospital staff, one medical doctor who explained the procedure to me the day before the surgery and of course with Emil.

I did not even pray obsessively formula prayers nor the Ho’oponopono mantra the night before. and I slept soundly. Even as I was brought to the operating room the next morning I was at peace. I was not afraid at all!

My Profound Truth

Carol Adrienne: “By paying more attention to ourseles and our situation, we begin to empower ourselves. Paying attention allows solutions to become apparent or possible.”
“Another way to pay attention is to make the decsio to notice what catches our attention during the day.”
“Where shall I be focusing my attention these days?”

This led me to introspection (Not rumination). This made me question what has been causing my many dis-eases since the 90s through my ailments and recoveries. Have I truly learned? Have I found what I have been searching.

I have been helped by Dr Lipton, Dr Page, Louis Hay, Wayne Dyer, Rabbi Darfour, Mike Dooley and Of course by Neale Walsch.
I realized that all along I have been searching for permission to be my real self. I was so steep in conformism to be acknowledged at home, in school, in church, at work. Even when I retired from work and even as I seriously did CONSCIOUSNESS work I was still searching!

Finally in bed, (after 8am being awake as early as 4AM) I hit a truth.
My truth, I realize that my interpretation of ‘made to the image and likeness of God’ is that i simply live who-I am-meant -to-be. Then as long as I can peacefully live with myself I can live with anybody and with anything. I can allow anybody and everybody to follow his pathway.

Practical guidelines for me come from the Ho’oponopono from Vitale’s “Zero Limits and from “Urban Shaman” by Serge Kahile King.

I am aware that because of intentional reversals my body will have to undergo some adjustments if not difficulties.

Giving Thanks

“Giving thanks helps us see more closely and more clearly how we are so blessed in all aspects of our life.”

“We lessen the focus on our lack. We begin to be pleased with the big and the little things we have.”

The above statements from Mr. Pido Aguilar led me to review my favorite books. I am disappointed that “Urban Shaman” mentions giving thanks only in connection with the ritual of blessing land newly bought.

Vitale’s “Zero Limits” repeats ‘I thank you’ as part of the Ho’oponopono prayer.

Dr Christine Page’s many books do not have any statement on gratitude!

Of course Dr Lipton and Mike Dooley have Facebook posts on gratitude.

It was an old favorite book by Carol Adrienne which contained many pages on gratitude. This book is now so very dirty with my handwritten notes.

“Earth, Spirit Living” has been quoted by me several times in previous essays in the past:

“Among other things, GRATITUDE opens our minds, heart, senses and creativity to the good that we wish for.”
“When Life Changes…” by Carol Adrienne

“Gratitude unifies the mind with the intelligence of substance, so that [a person’s]
thoughts are received by the formless.”

“Spiritual development comes from keeping our minds open, our hearts open and having an attitude of GRATITUDE…”

“Give thanks regularly for what you already have. GRATITUDE is one of the best ways to raise our spirits to a higher frequency.”
