Cellular Intelligence

Spirit energy is the quantum intelligence guidance our cellular and subatomic composition, designing and operating our genetic code, animating with infallible grace the trillions of physical and biochemical processes that sustain us in every second. It is the stream of life flowing through us from birth to death. (Energy Prescription)

This must explain why Mary Jean’s Magnesium spray has done wonders to my left leg weakened by a mild stroke in 2012. Also the subliminal effects of the Ho’oponopono videos along with the healing/cleansing prayer mst have penetrated my body at the cellular level.

“Energy Prescription” adds this to its description of energy spirit: A mysterious, intelligent power shining in every subatomic particle in the universe, animating every cell in our body, keeping us alive from moment to moment.

The spray must have activated the “subatomic neutrons, protons and electrons whirling and revolving within seemingly solid matter… cosmic rays, highly charged energy waves and particles rushing through space at the speed of light, bombarding the earth from all directions and penetrating all matter.”
The engagement of the elements which I wrote about in a previous essay filed under social conditioning entitled “Cognitive Structure” may explain how the Ho’oponopono words have helped improve my walking.

My daily walk from our unit to the garbage room is my chosen exercise.I have done this exercise with somatic awareness (“Energy Prescription”) that is why it is working for me.

It has strengthened my muscles, bones and heart, boosted my immune system and revitalized my energy. According to “Energy  Prescription” exercise done with somatic awareness releases beta-endorphins, those pain-reducing, mood-regulating neurotransmitters that left our spirits and even produce temporary euphoria.”

And recent studies indicate that exercise may be a useful adjunct in treating alcoholism, schizophrenia, and even developmentally disabled individuals.

Cognitive Structure

One reason words are so powerful is that they draw on more than one element. While thoughts of the mind are air and desires of the heart are water, our words can be compared to the condensation that occurs when the elements of air and water interact with each other; words are a product of both intellect and feeling, air and water. What’s more, they come together as an act of the will which introduces the fire element as well. We’ll also see that each word calls on one or more of all four elements, including earth. This chemical, scientific analysis comes from “Life Magic” by Laura Bushnell.

I would like to think of the above together with statements from my other favorite books like: “You Are What You Say”, “Finding Your Way in a Wild New World”, “Stepping into the Magic”, “Energy Prescription”, and even with the words of Aunty Mahealani in an interview included in one of the many Ho’oponopono videos that can be accessed via my website filed under the essays for Health.

Laura Bushnell adds: One way to understand the way your words take effect is to think of the way a picture taken with a Polaroid camera gradually emerges over time. The more often you repeat your words, the more results those words will create.

I suppose this can explain the power of the rosary. Personally, however, at this point in my life I’d prefer to keep repeating the Ho’oponopono prayer which does not have a load of stressful memories for me from my childhood and even my adult years. My mother and even Emil, both  believe in the power of the rosary and definitely it has worked for my mom and still does for Emil. I also believe in the power of the rosary but by choice I prefer the Ho’oponopno now, while I am still working on a change of consciousness.

My belief is at his/her level of spirituality, and given the amount and quality of information available one does his/her best.

To further explain my preference fr the Ho’oponopono at this point in my life: researchers are also discovering that the power of such disciplines also depends upon the Cognitive structure, or belief system upon which they are practiced.

“The Energy Prescription” continues: Our beliefs are important because, at the most basic level, they affect how we feel, act, and perceive our world and all the events on it. And our core beliefs, by skewing on perceptions and influencing our actions, often become self-fulfilling prophesies.

Ho’oponopono Videos

For those who don’t agree with what I write I pray you give the videos posted under “Health” a chance. One was posted last January. Another was posted last April.

I start and end my days with Ho’oponopono videos. They clear my mind and energize my body. Sometimes when I wake up with a bad mood, I use the videos to cleanse my memories to put me in the right disposition to receive God’s bounty. I use the videos to evoke the divinity already in me.

In the evening I use the videos to rid my mind of the burdens of the day. The song/s and the images absorb any excess energy and predispose me to a peaceful night’s rest.

Filed under the “Health” category on my website are two videos. At the end of each is an abundant repertoire. The video posted last January has for its cover a clover leaf. This contains the standard Ho’oponopono tune with nature pictures.

Another video features the standard tune rendered by Amen Ruysuke. This contains pictures of beaches, palms etc.
Sunchen 29 contains the standard tune and opens with “Rich [reach] towards God. there are 2 versions of Sunchen 29.
The Kawarahiwa 60 has beautiful trees and flowers in one version. I refrain from clicking on this video when Emil is around because the operatic rendition Of the song makes him clown around and distracts my meditation.

“Feel It” has a static background of a sea/ocean. The soloist is the same singer featured in the clover leaf video. It has explanatory notes about Ho’oponopono instead of the lyrics.

From Venezuela, Ms Bossini sings the standard song. There is a static background with the lyrics flashed on the screen a la sing-along style. Ms Bossini is featured in another version.

Ho’oponopono with Spanish texts features the standard tune. This video has a lot of colorful pictures. The video combines standard photos with painting-like images, figures and shapes and nature shots.

“lo Siento, Perdon, Gracias” is my favorite video. It does not feature the standard tune. I like the beat.
Another video that does not go by the standard tune is the version by Rita Narvate. It has a snappy beat. The pictures are predominantly those of sunflowers.

“Aloha” by Adela Valverde also has many pictures of sunflowers along with other beautiful flowers and birds.
“Hawaii” features nature scenes as though it it were an advert for tourism. Its rhythmic beat reminds me of the Gregorian chant. The Kalachuchi named by Google as Bangkok rose is seen several times in this video.

The “Al Rodee” video has a stylized rendition of the standard tune by the Nightwings. It has lines, figures and colors; it appears like a visual representation of the quarks moving in our body.

The January 2014 video has 2 alpha binaural videos meant for mood elevation. One has recited prose.

Chakras

When the base and sacral [chakras] are in balance we can say: “My inner strength and sense of belonging allow me to fully participate in any relationship recognizing and honoring the creative process and my part in the greater plan.” So Dr Christine Page wrote.

Sadly this was not true for me in the 90s when I repeatedly visited the emergency room and would check in and out of a hospital in Manila. I suspect the above cannot be claimed either by the fraternities and sororities in the Philippines. I believe this is what is lacking in the collective consciousness of the Filipinos thereby manifesting such disasters in politics, religion, education, entertainment and even in health management.

I choose not to dwell in genetic consciousness especially since I have a few precious years on earth left – I don’t expect to live to be a hundred years old! I know it takes many generations to change collective consciousness. Even changing myself takes so much time.
But Ho’oponopono inspires me. Dr Christine Page’s teachings about self worth offers a lot of hope. Her statement, “disconnected from source” echoes the many guidelines offered by Vitale in “Zero Limits”.

Significantly, Page’s :”we give up the personality -based struggle and , instead of disappearing into a void, we find ourselves carried gradually along the highways of life, open and available to whatever it offers”

However, we don’t have to fear. Ho’oponopono shows us to go into the void – into zero where our divinity resides. Only then can we live from inspiration and abide in God’s greater plan. Lately I discovered an interview of Aunty Mahealani in one of the Ho’oponopono videos filed under “Health” posted last Jan 15, 2014 on my website.

Aunty calls Hawaii, heaven on earth. We don’t need forgiveness but acceptance.

Aside from Emil, my husband, and Julie Anne, our daughter my flesh and blood models for a life-well lived are: Tato Malay, Mary Jean Netario Cruz,Dr. Nenita Cura, Dr. Kuku Lopez, Delia Amistoso, Charmaine Malata etc
