Metaphors for Health

ancient-magical-phoenix
Recently I wrote: “…What is needed is new rut, new pathways. Challenging indeed! More consciousness work but i am being guided.”

I don’t know who among my prayer warriors from the dead have guided me. But I was led to use my WAKI pen on my back especially the left side and below the shoulder blade.
Relief was experienced when the pen was applied on the front side of my left shoulder, below the neck and nearest the edge of the shoulder.

As I understood the metaphors of pains and their locations I experienced more improvements in my walking. As I heard our daughter giving a lot of positive feedback about our parenting, I felt the knots of responsibility loosening from my shoulder. Muscles which have hardened with the burden of responsibility relaxed

A lot of releases were experienced also when I applied the WAKI pen  in the middle of the sternum.

Who our daughter has become is a testimony  to what a loving team work between husband and wife can manifest.

Within the cognitive paradigm, the clavicle is a site hat lends itself to healing a lot of emotional issues. This I learned from “Instant Emotional Healing”.

I have been using the cognitive paradigm together with the WAKI pen application. I have been using the clavicle as  sort of acupuncture site.

In the past, I already identified several spots with the help of the book “Instant Emotional Healing”. I have identified sore spots and hardened or stiff parts. Because of this I have experienced improved circulation especially towards my “damaged” left side.

My experience includes release of muscles and coaxing into alignment of misaligned body parts. I have been inspired by Dr Sarno from whom I learned that pain is usually caused by oxygen depletion. Hence improving circulation is key to my chosen protocol.

According to “Instant Emotional Healing” all but one of the lted 28 emotional issues are helped by using the clavicle site. The emotional issues inlude: trauma, shame, anticipatory anxiety, etc. Only loneliness is not helped. I am glad that is not an issue to me.

The WAKI pen application has helped me for at least two years no. I usually apply the pen to chosen sites for 300 counts per session. I take note of “responses” like softening or relaxation of muscles, tingling sensations that signal circulation and farting.

Sometimes the reaction is systemic :movement of the bowels or hastening of digestion.
The time i spend to closely monitor my heath has been worthwhile.

Who I Really Am

The quotes are from Esther Hicks. “Whenever you are choosing to think unkind thoughts about yourself (or anyone), you are counter to our Inner Being, who only feels love for you.”

“When you degrade, scold or criticize yourself, you are out of alignment with the greater part of yourself and there are no greater crippling thoughts than those of self-denigration. When you give yourself the benefit of the doubt you realign with who-you-really are.”

“Some say, that a refusal to look at your own shortcomings is a state of denial that is not healthy. We reply that pointing out your own shortcomings i the greatest state of denial for it separates you from who-you-really-are.”

I have had a lot of blessings, too numerous to be narrated, ever since I assumed this different perspective taught by Esther Hicks. I have changed my outlook from considering myself a sinner to being a winner as taught by George Sison. Believe me. I have attracted blessings. God does not want martyrs. God wants us to enjoy heaven here. This is not a valley of tears!!!!

“It is of value to notice that even though nothing has changed outwardly the feeling of being overwhelmed has lifted because you have focused your thoughts back into alignment with who-you-really-are.”

In another essay I wrote that for me the fastest way to realign is to be grateful for something or somebody. It gets faster every time for me.

Tamura: “The more we can disengage our awareness from reactive emotion and reclaim our neutrality the better we can realign ourselves to our soul energies, awareness and purpose.”

Alan Seale: “If you can dream it, you can achieve it. Whatever you can fully develop within your imagination you can also create in physical reality if you remain focused and are willing to take the necessary steps.”

New Social Order

Quotes are from “When Women were Drummers”. Thanks to Francis Gaspar (R.I.P.)

“Cultural transformation begins with Individual transformation.” I believe that addresses my longing to live in another country to escape the volatile conditions here. But I know and have been reminded “escape” will just escalate the problems. I have to deal personally and first accept my PRESENT before improvements can materialize. I draw strength from my husband from Tato Malay and from Marito Platon.

“In reviewing the past we envision the future. We are faced with the necessity of evolving a
a new social structure.”

“Evolving” is an attractive word to me. It reminds me of my divinity – my power to create my reality. I dream of a social order where religion and religious practices do not dominate daily life to clash with the political realities. I dream of a structure similar to that of Singapore.

“A patterns of behavior are brought up from the unconscious, we can begin to change distorted or unhealthy behavior.”

My issues against man-made rules by the church have distorted my worldview as I deal with a new type of governance I personally favor.

“When the world and the self are equally expressions of divinity, every act becomes sacred.”
This is the new structure I want.

“Primordial religion placed the self in the context of nature as a a whole, understanding her, recognizing her as the mother of all, identifying with her rhythms.” This is very inspiring. This message is similar to what the old Hawaiian worldview taught before the people were Christianized. The more expansive insight comes from Tato Malay: before people have been churchified!

“No species had the right to exploit another. In the new order even animals will have rights. This even if I am not a pet lover at all. Other creatures from other planets will have to be considered.

“if there was a fall from grace, it was a fall out of the rhythm.”  Not the Biblical original sin! This has been my view for at least two years now.

Finally from Dr Christine Page:
“If God is omnipotent then the obvious place to start to explore its presence and to see its reflection is within our core and not within the mind set of others.”

Heaven on Earth

Lately, I have openly expressed to my husband my desire to live in a country where religion and religious practices don’t dominate daily life. I get agitated by the volatile conditions in the country where the Chief Justice herself does not honor the decision of the Supreme Court. The Ombudsman doesn’t respect the decision of the Supreme Court either. What is wrong with these 2 women???? All because they both claim that moral issues are above the legal issues. This can’t happen in Singapore!!!!

And the CBCP of the Church does not respect the decision of the Supreme Court either.

Last Nov 6 over lunch to celebrate the Nov 10 birthday of my husband I had a most enjoyable time feeling affirmed by Tato Malay and a former student of my husband , Marito Platon.

This week I get assurances from some authors on Facebook.

I can stay here in the country and find strength in like-minded friends. Our daughter, now a British citizen inspires me with how she has adjusted to living according to her INNER SELF!

Yesterday, my masseuse comforted me with her expansive worldview. Her 10 yrs experience in South Korea taught me how to deal with my worries and agitations related to narrow religious beliefs.

I can’t believe how much I have allowed my religious past to limit me.
My wise husband repeatedly reminds me that I can live in another country BUT my baggage of RELIGION and RELIGIOUS issues will still be with me.

So I am left to IMAGINE!

Dr Christine Page wrote:
“Imagine how it would feel to walk your own path with confidence, fully conscious and without fear.”
“Imagine as in the Tibetan vocabulary, there was no word for guilt but only an appreciation that we are personally accountable for the consequences of our actions.”

The Hawaiian tradition held by their elders teach something similar to what Dr Page has written. But I know the Filipinos living in Hawaii live according to the western code.

Dr Page continued:
“Imagine if your thoughts, words and actions are not judged on the basis of someone else’s dictates and experiences but on your own sense as to whether they resonate with a deeper truth within.”

“This may sound too radical (this was written in the 90s)  but this is the way of the future, where personal and inner MORALITY (that of the Chief Justice, that of the Ombudsman, that of the CBCP, that of the CHR etc) guide the individual’s system not man-made rules fully appreciative that there is nothing we do, say or think that doesn’t affect someone else, somewhere and EVENTUALLY RETURN TO US.”
