Acceptance not resignation

I can best relate with Dr Kim D’ Eramo certainly not because she is a medical doctor. I trust her even if she is a medical doctor! She has been through several of my life experiences. I sense she can feel with her patients. She wants to get them out of their pains and not just to prove prescription medicines are effective.

Her video “Stop researching and embrace health” although with much clutter because she was live, is very instructive. She speaks of the OCTAVES of consciousness.
LEARNINGS:
Your body must get what it truly needs not what your mind tells you.

Resisting fear does not work

Escaping from an issue does not work.

Cultivate what you want where you are. Access/cultivate

Ironically, on the evening of Dec 10 I had to visit the ER again. But that very morning I called the attention o my husband that the last time we went to SJDDIos was Nov 24 and it was for a blood test only.

Also that morning I sent to our daughter in London a long account convincing her to watch the video of Dr Kim.

I guess for met the message is that it is darkest before dawn. Master Sri Akarshan has another message: appreciate the challenges and stay firm in your desre.

Because of my last ER visit I learned that my heart is okay, that I need not fear another stroke in the near future. I met a funny doctor (2nd time actually; he was not nice the first time).

So, not all mainstream doctors in their clinics are unmindful of the feelings of their patients. I recall I had one nice doctor last year.
