The 7th principle of Urban Shamanism says:”Effectiveness is he measure of truth.” If so my latest truth comes from Jake Ducey who taught me to eliminate 3 words from my life: HOPE. NEED. CAN’t.

Instead I have been saying: I know. I am complete. I can. These have brought me countless blessings since Feb. 2. Material as well as spiritual gifts.

Together with his pressing- the- middle-of- the- palm video I have cruised through many challenges – DAILY. Paired off with pressing- between- the -eyebrows video Jake Ducey has helped me through an especially trying week with the schedules of my husband. (I can’t even negotiate the elevator without him. So I was stuck in our unit).

And the Universe played tricks on my consciousness. I attracted problems with my venerable cellphone. Okay! Tato Malay’s MOOD MANAGEMENT rescued me. The Ducey tapes made me inventive enough to fix my phone without having to bring it to the mall for repair.

As though the phone episode wasn’t enough CHALLENGE, my laptop in the middle of writing a personal message to a Facebook friend simply refused to budge.

I called a techie friend from a shop downstairs but she could not leave her post to help me. She gave me instructions by phone and my laptop REPAIRED itself!

Me medicines have to be replenished. But no way I could go to the mall. With the help of INTERNET researches I was able to get substitutes from our kitchen. Temporary of course!

Of course my suki who cooks my meals according to specs has been of great help.

Dr Lipton, Louise Hay, Wayne Dyer, Gary Zukav are wonderful guides. dr Pearson also. But lately Jake Ducey has not only been fun to follow but definitely DOABLE.

Not to be forgotten. The Internet has shown me Yoga poses to improve my balance. But i had to redesign the poses for my circumstances. I cannot even bend both knees much less bend to allow my stomach to lie flat on my bended knees. even here i am not the target audience.

SURPRISINGLY, Jake Ducey mouths some teachings of Neale Walsch but expressed in down-to- earth manner.
