You Don’t Have To Believe What You Remember

“you cannot cling to past hurts that you didn’t forgive/blame for things done or future expectations or worries.” M. Tamura
I can’t blame persons who failed to meet my expectations. After all lately, I have had several proofs my perceptions/interpretations are wrong. For example, I blamed our pickup/deliver laundry shop we have been patronizing for years. One evening, I thought one of my favorite dusters was misplaced. When I turned on the light, I realized I could not locate my duster because I was already wearing it. Another example is the location of a park in Wimbledon, London. I tried so hard to recall where we made a turn from our usual route going to the mall. Then I realized the park was on the opposite end but not before I spent time goggling and even messaging our daughter in London. My husband casually pointed out I was looking in the wrong direction.
